Meet Ella !
Founder & Director
Hey! I'm Ella, the face behind Rapunzel Care Supports! 💗
I've always had a passion for helping others, especially children and young people. Growing up with a sister with additional needs gave me firsthand experience of just how important it is to find support workers who genuinely care, understand your family and take the time to build meaningful connections.
I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Paramedicine, with a background in disability support, community services, mental health and emergency healthcare. I also hold a Diploma of Community Services, specialising in Mental Health.
I've always been passionate about helping people, and I love being able to bring that knowledge and experience into everything we do at Rapunzel! 💗
I started Rapunzel because I wanted to do things a little differently. I believe support should be more than just showing up for a shift. It should be about building friendships, sharing interests, having fun and helping young people grow into their most confident, independent selves.
One of my favourite parts of running Rapunzel is getting to know our families and finding that perfect match between a participant and their support worker. I love watching those connections grow and seeing the difference the right support can make!
At the end of the day, Rapunzel is a small business with a big heart, and that's exactly how I want to keep it. 🩷
A little fun fact: Rapunzel Care Supports got its name from two very special things — my favourite Disney princess and my very first client, who also had a Disney princess name! 👑✨

Meet Carol, one of the wonderful people working behind the scenes to keep everything at Rapunzel running smoothly! 💗
With over 30 years of experience in the aged care and disability sectors, Carol brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a genuine passion for providing quality care.
At Rapunzel, Carol looks after all things compliance, staff onboarding and finance, helping ensure our team is supported, our processes run smoothly and we're maintaining high standards across everything we do.
With her extensive industry background and eye for detail, Carol plays an important role in making sure Rapunzel remains a safe, professional and well-organised service for our participants, families and staff.
While you might not always see Carol out and about with our team, she's a huge part of the magic that happens behind the scenes! ✨
