At Rapunzel, we don't believe in simply assigning the next available support worker. We take the time to match our team with participants based on shared hobbies, personalities and interests, helping build genuine, long-lasting connections.

We also give families the freedom to choose how their supports are managed. You can organise shifts directly with your support worker or leave the scheduling to us!

Either way, you still have the reassurance of a company behind you, supporting staff, maintaining professional standards and managing concerns and applicable reporting requirements.

Our rates vary depending on the type of support, day, time and individual requirements. We'll always discuss pricing with you upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

We're not a one-size-fits-all provider. We want our participants to feel comfortable, confident and excited about spending time with their support workers.

Rapunzel Care Supports is currently an independent, unregistered NDIS provider. We proudly support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as families accessing privately funded supports.

While we aren't registered just yet, becoming a registered NDIS provider is one of our long-term goals! 💗

In the meantime, we are committed to maintaining the same high standards expected of registered NDIS providers. We follow policies and procedures aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, including safeguarding, incident management, staff screening and participant rights.

We believe that being unregistered shouldn't mean compromising on quality, safety or professionalism. Our families deserve peace of mind, and we're committed to providing safe, reliable and accountable supports every step of the way.
